The day will begin with a small ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour, photos, lunch, cake, and dinner together – ending with a party to celebrate into the evening.

🥂 Welcome Evening – 19th August (Coming soon)
For guests arriving on August 19, we would love to spend some time together before the big day.
We’re planning a relaxed, informal get-together in the evening – a chance to meet, mingle, and get to know each other. If the weather allows, we hope to enjoy a small barbecue together.
Please let us know if you’ll be joining so we can plan accordingly.

🛏️ Accommodation
If you haven’t booked your accommodation yet, we recommend the following nearby options for your stay:
Heron Live Hotel (wedding venue – Omar and I will be staying here from August 19–22)
This is where the ceremony will take place.
Currently, room availability is limited to August 19–21. We highly recommend staying here for at least one night, especially on the wedding day, to enjoy the beautiful setting and breakfast.
Guests will receive a 25% discount. When booking, please add a note:
“Wedding of Natalia & Omar – August 20”
The discount will be applied upon arrival.
Koszarka Venue & SPA (closest to the venue, where many of our guests will be staying)
In addition to the rooms available on their website or Booking.com, Koszarka also offers charming wooden houses and apartments that are listed only on their website (currently available in Polish). We’d be happy to assist with booking these for you.
Available options:
- Wooden 2-bedroom house (up to 4 guests) – 600 PLN / night
- 1-bedroom apartment (up to 2 guests) – 340 PLN / night
Breakfast is available for an additional 60 PLN per person.
Noi Resort & SPA (a relaxing and affordable resort, approximately a 20-minute drive from the wedding venue)
ibis Styles Nowy Sącz (located in Nowy Sącz, about a 20-minute drive from the wedding venue)
✈️ Travel Info
- Nearest airport: Kraków Airport
- Transport options: Car rentals / Taxi
We recommend renting a car from the airport, as it’s the fastest and most convenient option. The drive to the venue takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Since the venue is located in an area with limited public transportation, it’s best to rent a car – especially if you can share it with others. If you cannot rent a car then you can always move around with taxi/or uber.

For those discovering Poland for the first time, the region around Gródek nad Dunajcem offers a beautiful mix of nature, charm, and quiet elegance.
Set along Lake Rożnów, it’s perfect for slowing down – peaceful walks, fresh air, and scenic views. For those who wish to explore a little more, here are a few of our favorite ideas:
✨ Day Trip: Kraków (approx. 1.5–2h drive)
Morning
Arrive in Kraków and start with a walk through the Old Town and the beautiful Main Square.
Midday
Visit Wawel Castle or enjoy a long lunch at one of the many charming restaurants.
Afternoon
Stroll through the Kazimierz district – full of cafés, boutiques, and a unique atmosphere.
